October 30th, 2015 – Michal Kristof, the partner of Chybik+Kristof Architects and Urban Designers, will give a lecture at Cornell University College of Architecture, Art and Planning in Ithaca, New York on Thursday 5th of November 2015.

January 29th 2015 – During a regular inspection day we walked the pavilion construction together with the Commissioner General and general contractor representative. We are pleased to announce that work goes completely according to our common vision despite the construction speed and difficulty.

January 22nd 2015 – For our significant client, Brno Bishopric, we are processing the design of the multifunctional building with the training center, social space and accommodation facilities in the city center.
January 21st 2015 – We have designed two passive apartment buildings at complicated area near the Innsbruck city center in Austria. Their shape and also urban location responds to the close proximity of high-rise buildings, railway line, need for maximum insolation and views of majestic peaks of the Alps encircling the entire city.

July 24th 2014 – Michal Kristof, partner CHKAA, together with the authors of the exhibition Panic Room Petr Dub and Tomas Moravec and next with Martina Flekacova, Igor Kovacevic, Petr Levinsky, Nina Michlovska, Jakub Potucek and Svatoluk Sladecek participated in a public discussion on the theme of “modularity and the use of modular units in contemporary architectural practice” in Karlin Studios showrooms, Prague-Karlin.
July 2014 – We have designed a temporary adjustment of the front space in KOMA Modular factory Vizovice. The design belongs to a long-term company premises transformation project. New front space opens whole area to the public, containing a stage for presentation of the new products, for example parts of the CR EXPO 2015 pavilion in Milan.
July 9th 2014 – Together with the Commissioner General for the Participation of the Czech at Expo 2015 in Milan and Koma Modular company we took over the land for the construction of the pavilion.

CHYBIK+KRISTOF ASSOCIATED ARCHITECTS started to work on a new project of the Museum of Crimes and Victims of Communism in Bratislava. The team of the project is formed by Nenapadni hrdinovia, Chybik+Kristof Associated Architects and The Rodina.

The school project ,,Regeneration strategy of housing estates” by students of Faculty Architecture Miroslava Šešulková, Marek Petrík a Martin Surovec have been awarded Bohuslav Fuchs Award 2012 – the best semester project at Faculty of Architecture UT in Brno. CHYBIK+KRISTOF ASSOCIATED ARCHITECTS won the third place in invited competition Green City Graz in collaboration with the Austrian studio BKK-3 from Vienna. The project creates sustainable housing including 700 flats in Graz.

WITTMANN AND CHYBIK+KRISTOF ASSOCIATED ARCHITECTS are starting their first Studio at Faculty of Architecture Brno University of Technology
Chybik+Krištof have won an international architectural competition with their project on the 33rd villa house in the newly-rebuilt site Danubia Park near Bratislava, the capital city of Slovakia. A jury composed of leading experts (the head of the jury was prof. Eberle from Baumschlager Eberle Architects) unanimously announced the winner and recommended the project to a realization.
Chybik+Krištof were awarded 2nd prize (the 1st prize was not granted) in an international architectural competition on a masterplan of the residential complex Danubia Park and of the new centre of Čunovo which is located on the boundaries of Slovakia with Austria and Hungary. The topic of the competition was to propose a masterplan of the centre with facilities, shops, a port, recreational areas and residential buildings.
Chybik+Krištof received honourable mention in the international competition concerning 180 recreational houses near Bratislava. Despite a breach of formal conditions of the competition, the jury recommended the project to further evaluation outside of the competition because of its modern transcription of popular architecture of the region by contemporary means.
