The site is part of the Neředín area, which forms the boundary between the city and the landscape. The proposal follows the geography and creates a place for living interwoven with vegetation, which brings with it a number of qualities in terms of a more favorable climate, a high degree of privacy and, last but not least, the continuity of local biodiversity.
The spatial concept of the design with a total of 336 apartments is based on five separate blocks arranged around a central park, at the entrance to the area supplemented by shops on the ground floor and a new public transport stop. Each of the five stages of the project consists of a group of buildings on a common base with a park within the common courtyard. The apartments have a generous loggia, transversely ventilated layout, ideal orientation to the sun and views of the park greenery, private courtyard, and the surrounding landscape.
